    Can anyone tell me where that trainer is at? I can't seem to find it. I was thinking it was in Etceter but I struck out.

    This is the 3rd level of the Carpentry tree - the specific, Masterwork Bludgeons

    This a bit of an old thread, but still mostly valid == > here

    Edit: In Etceter in the blacksmith shop by the docks (there are two in town)

    You could also use the SOTA interactive map to find that particular NPC.
