Casting buff on summoned pet gives different buff value vs. casting on self.

For example:
- Enlightenment gives +25.2 Intelligence according to the tooltip
- when cast on self, +25.2 Intelligence is observerd
- when cast on summoned water elemental, +19.9 Intelligence is observed

Similar behavior is seen for Strength of Earth, Air's Embrace, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Observe buff value in Enlightenment tooltip
2) Cast Enlightenment on self - observe buff value
3) Cast Enlightenment on summoned water elemental - observe buff value is different from the tooltip value, and from the value when casting on self

@Kron Caledon, i believe this is correct. when you cast these buffs, or heals, on a party member they don't get the same benefit from it you do because both your attunements are taken into account (although beneficent blessing helps some for healing). i do not know if pets have any attunement at all, so it may be averaging yours and zero. worth a check, though.

 

@Alley Oop Thanks - Atos did mention something about the "positive attunement" math (when casting on a friendly party). Would be interesting to know if summons have attunement.
