Casting Chaotic feedback completely breaks combat UI

    Title: Casting Chaotic feedback completely breaks combat UI
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:
    Enter Combat mode. Click the Chaotic feedback glyph and then click another spell glyph. No matter what other spell glyph is clicked, that glyph will stay greyed out and I will be unable to click another glyph on the combat bar. Pressing Z to exit out of combat mode has no effect. Message in chat window says, "Monkeysmack tried to use Ice Fist but failed: Already performing another action". This happens 100% of the time when using Chaotic feedback and never with any other spell. This bug also occurs if hotkeys are used in combat mode. The only way to fix this is to relog.

    EDIT: I was able to use Chaotic feedback without problem on the same computer and client in the last release.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Click the Chaotic feedback glyph and then click another spell glyph.

    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz (8) System RAM: 6092
    GPU: Radeon (TM) HD 6490M GPU RAM: 1010
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.378.Date.02.09.16
    Area: Novia_R7_City_Aerie
    Loc: (82.8, 27.9, -0.9)
    Wireless Network (Local)

    Is this still occurring for you? We're having difficulty reproducing this locally. It's possible this was resolved and the fix is waiting to take affect for R27. If by R27 you still see this occurring, please rereport. Thank you for reporting.

    This is still occurring. Only solution so far is to NOT use chaotic feedback.
    Attempted fixes:
    1. Reduced screen resolution from 1680x1050 to 1460x857: Still bugged
    2. Reduced screen resolution from 1680x1050 to 1300x780: Still bugged (but takes longer to get bugged)
    3. Downloaded and installed most current Radeon graphics drivers: Still bugged
    4. Bypassed USB hub for mouse and keyboard: Still bugged
    5. Network connection changed from wireless to ethernet: Still bugged
    6. Removed external display and just used laptop screen: Still bugged

    Really weird that I seem to be the only one with this problem.
