Casting Elysian Illumination activates combat mode

Title: Illisian Spell effect

Details: Whenever I cast Elysian Illumiation from my non-combat bar it immediately activates combat mode while none of the other new spells such as Torpor, and Cocoon of Night do not do that. Is this because there is an offensive component to the spell? Is this intended?
Steps to Reproduce: cast Elysian Illumination from the Non-combat tool bar.

Yes, you are exactly right, @StevieD. This is intended because of the combat effects associated with the spell.

 

Thanks I figured I would mention it. I don't recall seeing that in the notes but I'll check the release notes again. a lot has changed.

 

Oh yeah I do remember that. maybe this happenes because I had it in my noncombat bar before the upgrade to the current release.
