Celestis Stairs "hitch"

    Title: Celestis stairs cause a hitch on the top stair
    Reproduction Rate: ~80%

    Details:The stairs in Celestis climbing up from the docks have a hitch on the top step of two of the 4 stairs.
    Climbing up from the docks, on the following stairs and location:
    Stair 1: About 1/5 of the way from the left
    Stair 2: No discernible hitch most of the time
    Stair 3: About 1/4 of the way from the left
    Stair 4: No discernible hitch
    In all cases, it's only a short "glitch", but it is annoying. I usually just avoid the stairs and walk/run up the side.
