Details: The Central Brittany Obsidian Vendor is not completing my potion purchases
Steps to Reproduce: Exchange Gold COTOs for the appropriation color COTOs for the potions I want.
Select desired potions.
Chick "sign for exchange"
"sign for exchange" grays out, exchange does not take place.
Also, after completing the exchange of gold COTOs for the appropriation color COTOs the gold COTOs are still listed along with the newly purchased COTOs when I reopen the vendor screen to buy my potions.
Though listed in the vendor's screen some of my new COTOs do not appear in my inventory screen.
Side note: If executed one at a time my purchases were completed, but I could not purchase several different types of potions at the same time.

Details: I ran into the same and another similar problem. Trying to exchange gold COTO into more than one kind (e.g. 4 bronze, 4 copper for 8 golden coto) caused an error and made my COTOs "unusable" until relogging.

9/12/2016: Previously had this same problem. Today I tried again and it worked fine. What I did was get the appropriate coins for the potions I wanted, and then at the same time also included those potions in one transaction. So, get the coins you need AND the potions you want to exchange for in the same transaction and it works.
