Central Brittany-wooden steps not working

    wooden steps not working
    repo rate 100%
    blocker- no you can route around it
    The ladder at location Area: Central Brittany (Novia_R3_City_Brittany) Loc: (306.1, 37.4, 425.0) is not working. When you try to use it you walk through it.
    Go to the location and try to walk up the steps to the overpass

    windows 10
    core i-7
    16gb memory
    amd r9 290
