chain lightning

chain lightning appears to have several issues,

1. the semi frozen scene issue

2. it goes through rocks, walls, everything

3. if you are in a party with someone flagged pvp and you are not, you can not use chain lightning because it tries to hit your pvp flagged party member, clicking no to flagging cancels the spells completely, grrrrrrr

4. it's range is vast, chain lightning is better than taunt......
