Change charge based skills please

Charge skills current issue is that if the target is moving it will move the user to where the target was previously possibly leaving huge gab between the user and the target. Charges are usually considered as gab closing skills and in current form they're far from it.
World of warcraft warriors were suffering from same problem during the early days.

Might aswell look into balancing of the skills. Body slam comming as a huge favorite over the others.

Good way to see what's really wrong with the charge skills is by doing this:

Have one guy run circles with fleet flute movement speed buff. Pressing any of the charge skills(Body Slam/Charge/Engage Opponent) and you end up asking what was the point of using the skill.
