change color of text? Rich Text?

Is this something that needs to be enabled on the developer side?

or

<color=#FF0000>Red Text</color>

Don´t use < and > but [ and ].
On my keyboard it´s ALT-GR+8 and ALT-GR+9

 

So what's GR ?

 

Just used the this is red as example but wondering if we can change the color of npc dialogue

US keyboards don't have that. They have an ALT key on the left and an ALT key on the right. I believe that AltGR is the same as the right ALT key.
