Change decoration permission through Decoration Palette

    Please allow us to right click items in decoration palette to change permission.

    Got some farms with many planting beds and planting pots previously set to private. It is a pain to change to non-private to let other guildies using my farm.

    Hope we may also select multiple items through decoration palette and apply the change at the same time with a few clicks. Only allow to change permission for items with same permission to avoid new tech complexity and pop up a text saying selected items permission are not the same after right click.
