Title: Changing a keybind doesn't clear the old keybind
    Blocker: No
    Repro Rate: 100%
Details: I changed my R keybind from combos to Attack. I started using the new keybind. The new effect, attacking with a standard attack, worked, but the old keybind still fired, in the case I was asked to created combos. Further examination showed that the Attack was bound to R and Start Combos was also bound to R. I tried another keybind. This I chose Z. It was used for sheathing and unsheathing weapons. I changed Inventory to use Z instead of I. I looked at Sheath and the Z key was bound to both keys. So z was bound to Inventory and to Sheath. I hit the Z key and both binds fired. I pulled out my weapon to attack and the inventory panel opened.
    Steps:
    - open the options panel
    - go to controls
    - find the combos option, the R key should be bound there (unless you changed from the default)
    - find the Attack keybind. Change it from G, the default, to R.
    - Go back to Combos
    - R should still be bound there
    - So R is bound to two keys instead of 1

You can do the same thing with Inventory and Sheath with the same results.
