Chaos and bugs

Friends, hello.
I have been playing our wonderful game for many years and I am an adept of chaos and death.
I think it makes no sense to talk about the limitations of my class, since the classic necromancer has turned into a pumpkin, which no one needs either solo or in a party. And now about the bug. When I was completely tired of the monotony and the lack of full pvp, I left to play in a new world, but then my friends tell me that they changed the shield of chaos and now it works differently and adds a bonus to chaotic feedback ... I flew into the game for joy, but ... .. the happiness did not last long. This bonus does not work, just as the bonus from the staff of Anarchy does not work (at least three years already).
Hence the question ... and when will I be able to play normally for the chaos / death of the magician ???

 

I used the command /stats -- and observed the following in my chatlog:

With Chaotic Shield:
ChaoticFeedbackSkillBoost: 2.21

Without Chaotic Shield:
ChaoticFeedbackSkillBoost: 0

 

The / stats command does not work for me, I can only judge by the readings of the chaotic feedback skill and the casting time of other spells. So if you put on a shield x6 and take the staff of anarchy, nothing changes !!!

 

the /stats command outputs to your chat log. run /stats then run /datafolder and open the most recent chatlog to see the numbers.

 

ChaoticFeedbackSkillBoost didn't have much helpful in it. Chris has made a change to the stat which will make it function more like the stat's namesake. The stats effectiveness should be improved with R96's patch. Should make the staff and the shield spell more meaningful.

 

Experiment:
cast x1 152lvl(0.5 draw speed/0.7 cast time) ChaoticFeedbackSkill 1x
Earthquake cast time 0.7 sec

Equip staff of Anarchy(+35 Chaotic Feedback) and cast x6 chaotic shield 150 lvl(+24 Chaotic Feedback), total ChaoticFeedbackSkill lvl must be 152+35+24=211, right?
Earthquake cast time 0.7 sec
no effect from staff and shield.

cast x6 152lvl(0.6 draw speed/0.8 cast time) ChaoticFeedbackSkill
Earthquake cast time 0.6 sec

Total: boosts from staff and shield not work.
