Chaos Bolt debuff tooltip shows no debuff information

    Title: Chaos Bolt debuff tooltip shows no debuff information

    Details: When using the spell Chaos Bolt on a Practice Dummy in Castle Atos, hovering over the Chaos Bolt debuff upon the practice dummy, displays no debuff information at all. I would expect it to be displaying whatever current debuff effect is currently on the target:

    This skill can place several different kinds of debuffs on the target, and those ones are showing. However, I think I am seeing that one of the several different kinds, are not displayed. Not sure which one it might specifically be.

    Steps to Reproduce: Use the Chaos Bolt spell, with no Chaos Specialization, on a practice dummy in castle atos. After the chaos bolt debuff icon is displayed on the target, hover mouse over the debuff icon on the target. Observe no information is displayed, for the current debuff effect on the target.
