chaos bolt failure

    Chaos bolt doesn't teleport you anymore, at most it moves you only about a foot from the starting position. On day one after the wipe it seemed to work well in open areas, but if one object is close it doesn't work.

    Thanks for the report! Looks like the tech for Chaotic Step as a teleport is bugged. Issue submitted.
