    Title: Chaos Bolt greyed out when overburdened
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? I guess? Can't use the glyph.
    Details: Chaos Bolt glyph is greyed out when overburdened, even though I have obsidian chips in inventory.
    Steps to Reproduce: Carry something heavy and try using Chaos Bolt.
