Character no longer performs crafting animation while in crafting session

    Title: Character no longer performs crafting animation while in crafting session
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    • While engaged in a session at a crafting station, the player-character no longer performs a crafting animation in the background.
    • Rather they simply stand still and do nothing.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Double click on a crafting table
    2. Observe how the character in the background is *not* animating
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2700K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 8110
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4007
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.419.Date.05.27.16
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01a_template
    Loc: (61.0, 48.7, 134.4)
