Character Wipe

    I've been thinking about buying early access--but before I do I'd like to know if the game is still at a stage where characters are periodically wiped due to updates.

    Yes, between each release characters are still wiped.

    It's worth noting that you do start relatively equipped and with resources to craft. So you should be on your way adventuring within the hour. :)

    Each release there is always a lot of new stuff to play with, so it feels like a new world every time :)

    SotA is seriously the best alpha experience!
