Chat box text appearing to have spaces before cursor

    Title: Chat box text appearing to have spaces before cursor
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? This is just visual, when you hit enter the typed chat text looks fine (just your input chat box has the issue)
    Details:
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. type a period or !
    2. You will notice that you now have extra space before you cursor
    3. More ending punctuation marks you put in a row the larger the lead space gets.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16367
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4007
