Chat box visibility need tuning

    I find the chat box behavior to be unintuitive. It seems to autohide quite quickly in conversation, and if I choose "Continue Chat after Submit" I can't figure out how to easily hide the box again. So, there needs to be better tuning on the timeout when the box gets auto-hidden in conversation, and the show/hide chat box control should behave consistently.

    The chat box is being revamped in RE3 so this will change. For the current one you can hit ESC twice to get rid of it.
