Chat Window can not be moved to bottom of screen

Title: Chat Window can not be moved to bottom of screen

Details: See screen shot, can't move it down past that vertical. If I try to move it more than that it will not allow me. I had to play around with the window a lot just to get it to go that far. It was making the size of the window larger when I tried to make it smaller and not allowing me to move the chat window past the lower 1/4 of the screen.
Steps to Reproduce: Adjust chat window or move it to the lower left hand corner of the screen.

I have this same issue as well. For some odd reason if I have close and re-open the client, sometimes it does fix the issue. Relog while keeping the client on doesn't not work, though.

This is a known issue, but thank you for finding it!

If you move the chat window as far down as you can, then maximize the window from the bottom left or right-hand corner, this will temporarily fix the issue.
