Chat window: scrolled text overlaps with typing field

    Title: Chat window: scrolled text overlaps with typing field
    Reproduction Rate: It comes and goes. Another guild member has the same problem
    Blocker? no
    Details: When I logged in today I kept getting a recurring glitch with my chat window. The last line of scrolled text is behind the field where you type in new dialog. See screenshot. It comes and goes, and only since patch 401. I relogged because the instance I was in was closing, and it still happened.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16324
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 GPU RAM: 3020
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.401.Date.04.04.16
    Area: OwlsHead
    Loc: (79.7, 67.2, -27.9)
