Chest of Items?

    Im not finding this chest of items with housing decorations and gear. Where do i find these things>?

    They are all over the place. There are a handful up on the city's stone walls. Go through a gate, turn around and go up the stairs to the top. Then walk around.

    Yea, i have found some, didnt know we had to explore to find them :D thanks for the input.. to be honest i found one of these before i posted, but it wasnt on my plot, didnt know if i was stealing or not :D
