Clay Harvest weirdness

    Title: Clay harvest gathering efficiency sometimes does nothing.
    Reproduction Rate: Once, seems random because I also got 2 rows of worms several times.
    Blocker: No
    Details: I got a 4x Gathering Efficiency on a Clay harvest but only got 1 row of 3 worms.
    Steps to reproduce: Need to reproduce high efficiency on clay. Clay was in Solace Bridge Outskirts.
    System specs: Win10 64 bit, Intel Core i5/6600 2@3.3GHz, RAM: 16GB, NVIDIA GEForce GTX 960

    @Alley Oop Actually the bug is that I got a 4x efficiency harvest but the last 3 harvests did absolutely nothing (I got 1 row of 3 worms). This is in contrast to the other harvests where an efficiency 2x harvest yielded 2 rows of worms.
