Clicking "Select Avatar" button at load screen takes 10 or more seconds to respond

    Title: Clicking "Select Avatar" button at load screen takes 10 or more seconds to respond
    Reproduction Rate: Several times
    Blocker? No
    Details: When selecting between multiple avatars, the first (maybe every, if you go back and forth) time it takes so long to go to the selection screen that it feels like the game has crashed.
    Steps to Reproduce: Push "Select Avatar" button after logging in.
