1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited.     Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    I have switched to a twin Spire home and was made an offer on my lotm keep. It is tempting but I am not sure of the current value of the lotm deed.

    Is there any way to track current market value?

    If I let this go I will never have a chance to get one again so I am being cautious.

    Short of trying to search in this forum where Port are promoting secret transactions in PMs instead of the topic itself (cant have it 'bumped' to ooften you know? It might hurt someone's sensiblilities!), not really...

    You could try searching some of the external sites (like shroudmarketplace.com and the others which I inconveniently cannot recall the names for right now) for guidelines, but again, Portalarium's recent approach to these subforums and the distributed nature of the rest is down-right counterproductive, as you are now finding out as well...

    Wow. You all came out of the woodwork with offers on this!

    i was OK with the original offer which was a RF Village Deed. I felt that was a little light so I was hoping to get a noble discourse orb added to it. I think those two items would be a fair trade. I have received a cash offer with a strong personal plea but frankly I don't have much need for cash.

    I will likely seal a deal and let this go today, and am so far favoring the personal plea from the husband and wife that want to use it as a guild hall.

    Let's keep cash out of this, and just trade items.

    OK this deal did get put together with items I believe to be worth about 800.
    I know people publicly posted 4-500 but in private the range seemed to be 6-800.

    The deal I put together, unless I was duped, will go toward making somebody's dream for their guild complete, so I couldn't be happier.
