1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited.     Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    Selling Town Lot in the centre of Owl's Head, the iconic Ihuma's Loft, under Ihuma. Cash only. Can include Taxable Town Lot deed if desired.

    Long Story follows:
    Ihuma's Loft was created by my dear friend Ihuma. As of 3 October 2016, this little labour of love was opened up for everyone to enjoy, right in the heart of commerce in SOTA. On 30 October 2016, Bamboozle opened another Town lot with the same noble concept right across the Fire Lotus Tavern. With much fanfare and meticulous decorations, it won the ‘Homes of New Britannia’ House Decorating Contest on November 10.

    As it stands right now, 40 players have been given access to the Commission Free Vendors, listing fabulous wares, rares and resources for free without charge. There are also 25 storage chests players have placed for free on the lot, giving them unlimited storage space without requiring a home right here in Owl's Head. There is also a Public Cache Chest on the front lawn loaded with awesome starter freebies for any player to take. So far, most have been honest and some have even added more to the collection! Bless their souls.

    Sadly, Ihuma had to leave the game as real life work at a new job took away all his play time. He decided to sell his wonderful lot to me because I cherish it and had every intention to continue his legacy. I have been faithfully doing so to date.

    As it turns out, I will be starved for time soon, rendering me unable to play as often as I would like (almost the same reason Ihuma left the game, what are the odds of that happening). Before I start to slowly drift away and stop playing the game as often as I have (everyday without fail since persistence), I would like to see this lot go to a very dedicated player or a huge guild with substantial resources to maintain the traffic generated so far.

    I can assure any would be buyer that sales on the vendors has been insane, even up till today (sold about 200k gold worth of stuff personally just on these vendors). The traffic this place generates is enormous compared to other towns, so I cannot even fathom how golden this lot will be once the game is released. Believe me, I am managing more than 10 vendors across the EDGE Trader network. Owl's Head is the place to be.

    I won't bullshit you guys, this lot will go to the highest bidder. Anyone who knows me fairly well will realise that I am a true blue trader, through and through. I am also not in a rush to sell this lot as I have grown fairly attached to it. If my reserve price is not met, I will just continue what I have been doing, albeit at a much reduced pace once real life takes over.

    Yes Solazur, I do still love the game and will be logging in as much as I possibly can! But real life always take priority. As it turns out, we can't just survive on love and fresh air. :D

    The size and maintenance required of Owl's Head location is simply too much for a single person to take. The amount of restocking I have to do is insane. Thankfully, I've met several good friends who are helping me right now, but I believe this lot belongs in the hands of a dedicated guild with far more resources and time on their hands.
