Closing a Vendor or Bank causes pause

    Title: Closing a Vendor or Bank causes pause

    Details:I should have reported this a few releases ago. Whenever I open or close a vendor window the game pauses for a split second. It is easiest to see if closing by running away from a vendor, so it auto closes itself.
    Steps to Reproduce:Open a vendor window. Run away from it.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 32604
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8144
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.507.Date.11.17.16
    Area: OwlsHead
    Area Display Name: Owl's Head
    Loc: (100.5, 63.7, -128.0)

    I get this too, when closing window of player vendor or NPC vendor, the window fades away partially, then everything pauses a moment and continues (windows then fades from partial fade to clear)

    (Elads Lighthouse zone.)

    I am getting the same on opening some windows. Just got it in social, emotes, and inventory.
