Cloth Tunic and dye question

Hi folks,

I really like the Cloth Tunic pattern for one of my characters. There's one setback: it doesn't take any light colors when I try to dye it, and I'd really like it to be light. I've been looking at white dyes from the crown shop, but will I be able to dye it in a real white with any of the dyes? If yes, will both Glowing and Pure White do the trick?

I would check out some of the merchant towns if you haven't already, you may be able to find one on sale for gold.

 

The Cloth Tunic isn't the problem: it is a simple tailoring item that yields a pattern when it is salvaged.
The question is about the dye: before I spend my COTO's at the shop, I'd like to know if a white dye will get me a white tunic, or a grey tunic

 

I understand; I meant you should search out white dye at merchant towns.

 

also, test it on qa, you get free crowns there for testing.

 

That was a good tip, Alley! Now I know I'd need the glowing white dye.
