Co-Owner can't modify dungeon rooms

    Title: Co-Owner can't modify dungeon rooms

    Details:

    As co-owner of one of my lots, Scoffer can not interact with/place dungeon rooms.
    Him hovering over the blue "X" (the tools icon) to add a room the mouse cursor does not come up.
    (This used to work, its been a while, but apparently it no longer works?)
    No amount of permission changing seems to have any effect.
    I've tried clicking on the dungeon permissions themselves, but this 'redirects me' to the lot permissions, where he is co-owner, and he can move items and such within the dungeon as a co owner should be able to.
    He just can't place rooms anymore.
    Apparently can't /fly either, but not sure if he ever could as that functionality was added after we last attempted collaborative dungeon work.


    (Its possible that this isn't a bug, and this functionality was changed at some point..? As I said, its been a while)

    Try to add rooms and things.

    This is as currently designed. So it will need to be an Improvement request

    (Adding those with Co-Owner lot permissions to modify the dungeon and allow slew)
