   Right now, the only way for the co-owner to refresh a lot's expiration timer is to move a decoration. Can we get it so that accessing the lot properties (double clicking the sign) will reset the timer?

   I believe this should be counted as a bug. in previous testing (R33), the Co-Owner reset the timer by entering the property (at least that's what I recall the results of our experiment was).
   
   I've posted a bug report on this. I don't think that moving/placing deco is the intended method for resetting the timer.
