Coat of Arms background

    How can I have a clear background on my heraldry items? I thought I read that the .jpg we submit would be given a clear background when it was made available in the game.

    I guess you'll have to remove it using a graphics software like GIMP or Photoshop and then save it as .PNG... saving it in .JPG will give it a white background...

    . jpg doesn't support transparency, you need to submit the file as a. png with transparency

    "Paint.net" is a good program. Available in the Windows store for $5, or for free at their website. https://www.getpaint.net/download.html Click on the "Download Now dotPDN" then "Free Download Now: paint.net 4.0.21"

    Even using their blazon creator on the website gave me a white background on one of the emblems, 4 were fine one wasn't :(

    GIMP is another graphics program choice that is free, but not maybe as easy to use. I used gimp and saved as .png and got my transparent background. If you use Hume you can find tutorials I. You tube to make background transparent.

    Happy to help with making your transparency if you post image and it’s not overly complex.
