Combat Deck Hotbar Stuck...

    Title: Combat Hotbar Glitch
    Reproduction Rate: ?

    Details: On this character her Cobat Hotbat doesnt show at all & she can only Left Click attack, my other char's Combat Hotbat is always up whether his weapon is sheathed or not. Also as of today i now do not have a "Private" play mode, just Public, i tried switching bk & forth but didnt help.
    Steps to Reproduce: To reproduce the problem all i have to do is log into either char, the problem is everpresent.

    OS: Windows 7 (6.1.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9650 @ 3.00GHz (4) System RAM: 8175
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 GPU RAM: 1983

    I dont know if i did this right or if you'll need more info than i posted, if so post what you need & ill ablidge asap...
