Combat hotbar suggestion

    As a QoL improvement, can you please make it so that if I'm holding down a hotbar hotkey, it will start charging that glyph as soon as the global cooldown has ended? As it is, if I don't time it right then my hotkey does nothing and I may not notice that it's doing nothing for a few seconds, which is rather frustrating.
