Combat Sigil Cloak: Washed Out Appearance

    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%

    4. Details: I put on the Combat Sigil Cloak for the first time in dozens of releases. It has a washed out appearance. The design looks like a low resolution texture and it takes on a grayed out appearance overall. I remember it being more eye popping earlier.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Put on the Combat Sigil Cloak
    6. User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 32689
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8144 ---- GeForce Drivers 378.66

    In game Video Settings are: Beautiful, Saturation Full Right, Brightness Full Left.

    @Traveller13, Thanks for reporting, Issue has been submitted to the Development Team for review. I have heard that in R39 the cloaks have a much brighter look than in R38. I have reported this issue for R38 but if you see that it still exists in R39, please resubmit this Bug Report.
