    1. Title: combat Traning skill
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: this skill appears to have no impact
    5. Steps to Reproduce: from level 80-121 spans 5 levels with no improvment
    6. User Specs: win 10 gtx 770 16 gig
    while testing this it appears that the skill is not applying the level gains to the creatures power level

    Edit: just took this to 137 (level 18) no gain in attack power. Hit points do move a little but there is no additional dmg.
