Commission-Free Vendor - Arrowheads

I am trying not to be leveling in every skill that is required in order to survive the game if you will and as such I would like to be able to put in a purchase order for items I need for crafting that I don't want to make. So for example. I am a Ranger, I need arrows. I would like to craft the arrows but I don't want to craft the arrowheads so I'd like to put in an order for arrowheads but I can't currently do that using my vendor.

I don't want to have to learn every skill required I'd like to be able to help others out and allow for the economics to "flow..." much like spice....

I hope this makes sense.
