Commission Vendors and the 'tax'

While I understand the need for various ways to remove gp from the game (gold sinks), I would make a suggestion that part of, or all the 'tax' being charged be shared with the owner of the vendor.
The Public Vendor can still be the gold sink, but placing a private one, and opening it up to the public would help the Regional Economy concept. The non-commission vendors are becoming rare and I know of players who have little choice in places that do not have a Public Vendor.
