Community Item creation

in my dreams...i see a skilld blacksmith...creating a very nice sword...with a great background...tales of old fights engraved in that sword. This Smith was able to create that sword using a basic mod tool available to us all in the game...good job...

This blacksmith was so appreciated, people in his town decided to sign a petition to allow this great Smith to access to new, unique tool only the most skilled artisans can access....and yes! we made it...our blacksmith is now able to craft weapons using an advanced tool for creating even more unique weapons....Portalarium gods, infact, granted this Smith access to a deeper skill tree (or item editing tool) with more options for graphics, tales, etc.

and this is only the second tier in this fantastic item creation path....items created by the most skilled players...unique.....pity it's just a visionary dream i had
