Completed Journal tasks appear again

Hello,

My journal appears to list tasks that I have already completed. For instance, I am on the path of love and I already talked to Thanatos, but my task is asking me to travel to the tower of the Suttered Eye in order to talk to Min Liang Tan, (who I already killed). There is a task for me to talk to Siranto and Khasi about Min's death, but I am having trouble with that. There is no option to let them know he is dead, and if I try and type it in my self, they blow me off and tell me that he is their trusted adviser. I also have a task that wants me to talk to the two of them that wont clear out my journal.
