Completed quest, but no helm of courage

    Title: Missing repaired Helm of Courage
    Reproduction Rate: unknown
    Blocker:
    Details: acquired the unwearable helm and enchanted copper ore and turned them in to the NPC blacksmith at the monastery. The game immediately crashed. upon logging in neither the quest items, nor the repaired helm are in my inventory. the quest remains active and the blacksmith is still flagged for the quest. I would enjoy receiving the helm.
    Steps to Reproduce: crash immediately upon giving the quest items to the NPC
