Concentration not working as intended

    1. Title: Concentration skill only sometimes lowers the cost of the focus upkeep, and for a much smaller amount usually.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker: No
    4. Details: When summoning a tamed pet, the focus upkeep cost is at maximum, as if the player never unlocked Concentration.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Step 1: Log into the game. Step 2: Enter a location to summon a tamed pet. Step 3: Summon tamed pet. Step 4: Notice the Focus Upkeep cost of that pet. Step 5: Level up the Taming tree skill Concentration several times. Step 6: Make note of the pet's focus upkeep, then dismiss it. Step 7: Resummon the tamed pet and notice how the focus upkeep is back at maximum.
