Connection to the server

Hello,

During playing, I noticing disconnets (there is a sign which appears) and when i check my connection is was very much fine and didnt drop a like packet. My ping normaly is about 24-34. Yes i know something programms in the background can happen to put some load on the connection, like windowsupdate. But i checked during the event of disconnect. Also i want to add, that i didnt drop the game completly. I just get the sign and start to noitice that loot appears much slower in corpses and the damage numbers seem to be off.

I'm from Germany, maybe the connection to the servers aren't great. Is there a way to check? like i can send a ping to it and where are the servers located?

Any port I can check of its open?
