Consumed item Obsidian Potion of Preservation but did get effect

    Title: Consumed item Obsidian Potion of Preservation but did get effect
    Reproduction Rate: The first potion was consumed with no buff given; the second potion did give the effect
    Blocker? no
    Details: I used an Obsidian Potion Reward item for an Obsidian Potion of Preservation. I consumed the potion (it was removed from my inventory) but I did not receive the buff. I quit the client and reloaded: still no buff. I used a second reward for a second potion and DID get the buff this time.
    Steps to Reproduce: consume an Obsidian Potion of Preservation
