Contradiction between UI text and tool tip

    Title: Contradiction between "Show Player Nameplate" UI text and tool tip
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: see picture below; text says one thing, tool tip says opposite. Same contradiction applies to "Show Player Health Bar". "Show Unlearned NPC Names" and "Show Pet Status on HUD". "Show Chat Bubbles" is fine as is.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16329
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN GPU RAM: 6106
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.483.Date.04.19.17
