    @Attenwood,

    Someone should look into control points before thursday. NPC's spawning but not 'getting up' here in brightbone pass. Yet treasure chests become availible for loot.

    Characters sometimes freezing in action (not video lag, but some kind of network lag) where they are walking in place for a few seconds and no movement buttons or mouse movements work (but all animations keep playing)

    Weird stuff.

    My wild guess is that they've added a ton of network traffic in the form of diagnostics, debug traces and security stuff. I've noticed all kinds of delays, from doors being slow to open to items turning red when shopping.
    Then again, I only have a 3.4 Mbps connection (that's bits, not bytes).

    Part of their QA testing should include a VPN through Australia.

    Is this issue still observable since first reported? We're not seeing this internally.

    My guess is you won't see a lot of things internally unless you simulate network ping and bandwidth issues.

    I think this is somehow related to the problems that occur with your avatar being locked sometimes when PVP flag notice comes up.

    When Jack and I went in, he flagged because i was pvp and he wanted to not get the popup which could lock you in place - we saw this behavior then.

    When we went back in after both being flagged and NOT having to flag during that scene - we didnt.

    Will test more tonight.

    Just tested.

    Both of us entered a scene. I was PVP he was not.

    ALL AI are normal and killable, pop up properly.

    He flags, getting the popup and accepting PVP status - then his controls are completely frozen.

    I then claim the control point while he is in this state, and the AI either freezes entirely or just seems to shut off. Theyll come and attack for a second sometimes then get stick in place.

    @Attenwood,

    As soon as the effected person logs out - all AI resumes as normal.

    Thanks for the post. More information will help us track this down. Scene name ? What time did this occur? What players were involved? Note the time that state began / ended.

    Around 8pm during build 380.

    The players were myself and @WrathPhoenix.

    The state began after I flagged PvP once the control point had been taken. I was frozen in place until I relogged. While frozen, the undead did not move. When I logged out, they resumed normal AI.
