Conversation window shows up twice...

    Title: Conversation window shows up twice...
    Reproduction Rate: 90 %
    Blocker? No, but annoying.
    Details: I'm not sure when it happens but I have always had my conversation window pinned in the bottom left hand corner of my screen, but recently within the last couple releases a second conversation window will pop up periodically when I'm pressing the [Enter] key to take me to the conversation window, and a few other times such as when I am crafting selling items etc., and it stays up until I hit the [Esc] key.
    Steps to Reproduce: Pin conversation window to screen then press the [Enter] key to make it active / talk to the world / someone and a second conversation window appears above and to the right of the pinned conversation window. Hit [Esc] and the second window closes while the first remains pinned to the screen which is normal. What's not normal is the second conversation window appearing when I already have my conversation window pinned to the screen.
