    Title: Conversation with for quest line
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? there is a work around but hard to find
    Details: if in the interface you have set to skip conversatiosn with vendors - I would exspect this wouldn't happen for conversations required for QUESTS. current it does disable that and it took me a 3 hour time block to realize what was happening
