    Title: Cotton merchant shirt is now green
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes, just kidding no
    Details: Cotton merchant shirt's center portion is now green in world and on paper doll, but not in the item info mouse-over. Was not green last release. Looks wonky, dunno if it's intentional or not.
    Steps to Reproduce: Wear cotton merchant shirt, notice green. Notice no green on mouse over popup.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 32708
