    1. Title: Highvale Outskirts - Courage Can Be Frigid Quest
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Partial
    4. Details: When attempting to follow the quest and enter the Large Mystical Looking-Glass I get the message "You do not have the required knowledge" or if I click in the South West corner of the mirror where the mouse cursor turns green I get "You do not have the proper essence shard to pass through." I've completed all of the quest chain until this point and have the "Ghostly Echo Essence" item in my inventory.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to use the Large Mystical Looking-Glass in Highvale Outskirts. Receive error message instead of progressing.
